01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to playx. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the playx digital entertainment platform, accessible via the website playx.onl and the PlayX mobile app (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

• Legitimate Funds: All funds used for deposits at playx are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

03Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at PlayX. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

• Identity Verification (KYC): playx conducts an identity verification process to ensure platform security and compliance with anti-money laundering policies. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or driver's license.
• Password Security: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

04Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Playx provides a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including online banking, e-wallets, and other instant payment options. All financial transactions are processed through secure payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page and is subject to change.

06General Game Rules

All games available on the playx platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated.

• Final Decision: All game outcomes recorded by the playx system are final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's screen and the server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Connection Interruption: playx is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from internet connection disruptions during active gameplay. Bets already placed will not be refunded due to connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Betting Limit: Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and may vary by game type and membership status.
• Prohibition on Third-Party Software: The use of automation software, bots, assistance programs, or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

07Accepted User Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

08Account Suspension & Closure
